渣打(天津)科技信息营运服务有限公司是渣打集团在中国设立的唯一一家金融服务外包机构，它将作为一个强大的后台支持渣打各分支行的业务，是渣打中国的运营“中枢”。渣打科营中心是渣打集团整合优化后台营运业务的产物，天津渣打科营中心是渣打集团全球设立的第五个中心，也是在中国的第一个营运中心，以支持银行在中国业务的后台操作。
目前的业务范围包括个人及企业的账户管理、贷款审核发放、现金管理、外币兑付、贸易信用证审核、进出口付款等各种对公、对私后台操作业务，并陆续引入新的项目。另外，应付账款部负责渣打银行中国的会计业务，为全中国13个分行和一个代表处提供应付账款、收款人银行信息的建立和维护、渣打集团内部往来帐务处理等。
渣打科营中心成立于2007年，随着渣打银行在中国业务的快速发展，科营中心的规模也将不断扩大，在未来 3 至 5 年内发展为一支近 1,000 人的团队，成为渣打提高服务质量和营运效率，并节约成本的中坚力量。

Scope International China is the only operation center Standard Chartered Bank has established in China. It is supporting the business of all branches with superior back-end services. Scope International (China) Co. Ltd., part of Standard Chartered Group, is an integral part of the Bank’s strategy to consolidate and rationalize operations into Shared Services Centers. The facility in Tianjin is one of five centers that the Bank has set up worldwide and the first center in China to support various types of banking operations in the country.
Scope International China provides more and more services on CB/WB account service, Loan, Cash Management and Trade. Accounts Payable team is responsible for Accounting Operations, Standard Chartered Bank, China operates centrally from PRC, servicing 13 branches and 2 Rep offices in China. Including Accounts Payable, Payee Bank acct setup and maintenance, Cross Border Recharge, etc.
The company was newly established in 2007. In the foreseeable future, the size of the company will increase significantly with the booming expansion of Bank’s business in China. In the next 3 or 5 years, we can expect its enormous growth to a team of 1,000 employees.
