LG浪潮数字移动通信有限公司（LGEYT）成立于2002年1月26日，是由浪潮集团有限公司和韩国LG电子株式会社在烟台开发区投资设立的中外合资企业。公司投资总额为4,500万美元，注册资金为1,500万美元。主要从事CDMA移动电话、移动信息终端以及其它相关产品的研发、生产、销售及售后服务。
公司成立7年以来，不断推出了适合中国市场的CDMA手机，已经生产了 30多个型号的CDMA手机近1000万台。2004年，公司加大国际、国内市场开拓力度，销售额达到40亿元，中国CDMA市场占有率19.4%，位居国内市场第二位。同时，向美国、加拿大地区出口手机120万台，创汇1.5亿美元，成为烟台市出口创汇第一大户。05年3月，海关总署批准LGEYT 为“全国通关便捷企业”，进一步加快了对外出口的步伐。2007年销售额达到19亿美金，2008年出口创汇位居山东省第三位。其中CDMA市场占有率在国内占到第一位。

Mainly engaged in the CDMA cellular telephone, move research and development, produce, sell and after-sale service of the terminal and other relevant products of information.
The company was established seven years ago, was introducing the CDMA cell-phone suitable for the Chinese market constantly, have already produced nearly 10 million CDMA cell-phones of more than 30 types. In 2004, the company devoted more efforts to opening up in world, domestic market, the sales amount reached 4 billion yuan, China CDMA market share is 19.4%, rank the second of domestic market. Meanwhile, export 1,200,000 mobile phones to U.S.A., Canada area, earns foreign exchange 150 million dollars .It exports goods and earns foreign currency the first rich and influential family of Yan tai. In March 05 year, General Administration of Customs approve LGEYT as " national clear customs in convenient enterprises ", further speed up the steps of exporting to the outside. 2007 annual sales amount reaches 1,900 million dollars, foreign exchange earning will rank the third in Shandong in 2008.
